We are owned and managed by Christopher Croom, who brings over 20 years experience working in the construction and renovation industry. Here’s what to expect from the project process

1 – Customer Contact

Potential customers reach out to us by phone, text, e-mail, or online form. Our goal is to respond to your requests within 24 hours. We will gather initial information and schedule an onsite visit in order to assess the scope of the project.

2 – Onsite Consultation

During the onsite visit we will inspect the area in question to determine the best way to address your vision. We will take measurements, if applicable, and make note of any specific requirements or wishes. Because your input is a valued part of this process, we will answer any and all questions and discuss your budget goals before proceeding with a plan.

3 – Contract Proposal

After gathering all relevant information we will create a materials list with costs, calculate the time and manpower required to complete the work, and generate a project proposal based on these factors. The proposal will be e-mailed to you no later than 3 business days after the site visit, for your review and approval.

4 – Project Execution

Once the contract has been approved and signed by you, we will order any necessary materials and finalize a date to begin the work. We welcome your input at every step of the project and will arrive on time, committed to finishing the work within, or earlier than, the contracted time frame. We will never start and not finish a project. A deposit is normally required to purchase materials, with the labor costs being due upon the satisfactory completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as payment.

What is the cost of a consultation?

We never charge a fee for responding to contacts, making on-site visits, researching materials and costs, discussing project ideas, or preparation of contracts.

What is the typical timeline for a renovation project?

Project completion times can vary widely based on a number of factors. The installation of a new storm door, for instance, may take only 2 days from contact to completion; whereas, a complete bathroom tear-out and remodel could involve a week or more, depending on whether any structural work is required.

How do you determine the cost of a project and are there any hidden fees?

The final cost of any project depends largely on the cost of any materials required and the difficulty and time required to complete the job. Removing existing kitchen cabinets and replaceing them with the same size cabinets of a different style will cost less than creating a new room layout and moving walls to accomodate your new work area. The only hidden fees that may arise would be if we need to visit the store personally to pick-up and deliver materials to your site. In that case, we may add a small percentage to cover our travel and delivery time.

Are you licensed and insured, and do you provide any warranty on your work?

Our business is licensed and insured and we warranty all of our work for one year from the date of completion. Your satisfation is important to us and exceeding your expectations is always our goal.
